Terry Lynn was commissioned by Harper-Collins as the featured artwork for both the front and back cover of Every Tongue Got to Confess, a celebrated collection of African American folklore by Zora Neale Hurston. The work honors the power of oral tradition, memory, and the passing of stories through generations, themes deeply rooted in my own artistic practice of collage, quilting, and cultural remembrance.
